Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payments: CiaoZ may collect advance payments (RM) from you at the time that your request for a ride is confirmed. You authorize us to charge your credit card or payment method for each ride you order through the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card or payment method you are using for the Service. The successful trip fare is not refundable.

2. Waiting Time at Pickup: When the Driver arrives at your pick-up location, the Driver will wait for up to a certain time (~ 5 minutes), as specified in the most recent confirmation message sent to you from CiaoZ Driver. If you are not at the pick-up location and ready to board the vehicle within the specified waiting time, the Driver will consider you a “no-show” and move on. CiaoZ does not provide refunds for no-shows.



The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
